200

I've broken the barrier. After spraining my ankle last November, I did not run, and did little of anything else, for eight weeks. I went from 190 to 205 pretty much instantly.
Now after about eight weeks back at it, I've broken the 200 pound mark. 199.6, but still. That's a lot closer to race weight than 205.
I'm glad I stayed at work yesterday for running and yoga.
